Program Management
We believe that a great program is the result of a methodical and iterative process involving all stakeholders—developers, designers, engineers, and more. Design & Permitting Management
It is well known that the design phase holds the key to unlocking the maximum value of any construction project. However, due to its complexity, achieving this goal is often a significant challenge. Tackling this challenge is our mission for every project. To meet it, we have developed a unique design management system that delivers exceptional value to our clients. This system is built on several key components:
Contract Management
Each year, we manage hundreds of contracts using various industry methods – PPP, turnkey contracts, measurement contracts, design-build, split contracts, and combinations thereof. The group’s contract management system fully relies on its unique knowledge management system, ensuring that exceptional experience is translated into value in every new project. From formulating a contracting strategy, Waxman Group manages tenders and end-to-end contracting, including synchronization of all stakeholders.


Execution Management on behalf of the developer
The structure of the construction market in Israel and the high variability within it present numerous challenges in the project implementation phase. Combining a strong management methodology with high-quality project managers enables us to provide effective management of construction sites. Developer-side execution management includes monitoring safety management (safety management is conducted by the primary contractor as required by law), approving work logs, closely tracking the timeline, approving contractor invoices, thoroughly reviewing additional payment requests, managing sampling processes, approving equipment, materials, and production plans, and addressing ongoing issues on site.
Supervision
In the absence of a legal definition in Israel for external quality assurance requirements for contractors, the group has developed a robust quality assurance system that operates across all company sites. This system includes a variety of tools and methods that allow the group’s supervision teams to oversee the quality control processes of contractors.
Our broad activity allows us to deploy a team of experts across different engineering fields – civil and infrastructure engineering, structural work, electromechanical work, finishing work, facades, and more. This capability has become highly valuable as the trend toward mixed-use projects has grown.
