- Three years ago, I was chosen out of WXG's employees to establish the Quantity Accounting department, and since then, I became its manager. We check the contractor's accounts for all the company’s contracts as tools to survey the company.

- Right from the beginning, we set ourselves a goal to develop our field on a professional level, rather than staying in its existing position.
Within this framework, we have built tools to assess and predict project costs. We introduced the use of BIM to our day to day work, with which we rated the measurement techniques in a way that raised their level of accuracy and reduced arguments with contractors. - What do you enjoy the most about your current role at WXG?
- When you work hard towards a goal, and you succeed.

Senior project manager- Tell us about your role at WXG
- Theoretically, I deal with the management of execution and quality supervision. I managed the establishment of the Atrium Aqueduct Tower, and in recent years I also managed the Azrieli Town Towers.
In reality, I believe we help our clients make their dreams become a reality. - When managing a mega project, each project is a matter of years of work. In my opinion, receiving any building permit, contractor appointment, commissioner approval and/or budget approval on behalf of the commissioner, is a "win."
However, when you hold a project's Form 4 in your hand, approved after many years of work, and you receive the clients' appreciation for all of the efforts you invested; it is an exciting and empowering moment that cannot be forgotten.
- Tell us about your role at WXG
- I am happy to say that I am blessed - I enjoy every day! The dynamic at the site, the packed schedule, and the number of daily tasks, are all so powerful; that these projects are done with love and by choice. I learned to enjoy and see satisfaction from every post casted, every unbounded ceiling slab, and every electrical panel powered.
