Role responsibilities

  • The role includes verifying the quantities provided by contractors in measurement projects
  • Providing briefings and supervision to field inspectors on quantity verification
  • Managing exceptional cases in projects

Requirements

  • Building Technician, Civil Engineer, or Architect
  • At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying for structural works, finishes, and systems
  • Knowledge of BIM (advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Central District
