Quality Control & Planning Manager for a National Infrastructure Project

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and oversee planning and execution processes in accordance with quality requirements, standards, and specifications.
  • Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines to ensure effective integration and resolve technical issues.
  • Support and monitor planning activities throughout large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Identify gaps, analyze findings, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Project Quality Assurance Manager to implement quality procedures, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare professional reports, summaries, and quality control documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Systems Engineering – mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning management, engineering project management, or systems integration management within large-scale infrastructure projects – mandatory
  • Strong matrix management skills and proven ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces – mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving interdisciplinary planning and engineering coordination issues – mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken – mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on or with railway infrastructure projects – a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, strong systems-thinking capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • The position is based at our offices in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the Ben Gurion light rail station
