PMO Coordinator

Role responsibilities

  • Performing quality control at company sites
  • Defining and participating in the implementation of cross-organizational projects to improve and optimize processes
  • Supporting and implementing updates in information systems across professional divisions
  • Managing organizational databases
  • Managing and monitoring work routines
  • Collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
  • One year of experience in a similar role – required
  • Specialization in Information Systems – an advantage
  • Process-oriented thinking, analytical skills, monitoring and control capabilities
  • Technological orientation and fast learning ability
  • High service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in training and system implementation – an advantage

  • The office is located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the 'Ben Gurion' light rail station
