PMO Coordinator
Role responsibilities
- Performing quality control at company sites
- Defining and participating in the implementation of cross-organizational projects to improve and optimize processes
- Supporting and implementing updates in information systems across professional divisions
- Managing organizational databases
- Managing and monitoring work routines
- Collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
- One year of experience in a similar role – required
- Specialization in Information Systems – an advantage
- Process-oriented thinking, analytical skills, monitoring and control capabilities
- Technological orientation and fast learning ability
- High service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in training and system implementation – an advantage

- The office is located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the 'Ben Gurion' light rail station
