Planning Manager
Role responsibilities
- Lead the planning process for complex construction projects
- Monitor and manage project schedules and timelines
- Oversee and control the project budget
- Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including consultants, architects, developers, etc
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams throughout the planning phase

Requirements
- Education in Architecture – mandatory
- 4-6 years of experience in architecture offices
- Experience in planning residential and office towers (required)
- Strong managerial skills for overseeing professional teams and consultants
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation
- Proficiency in computer systems – mandatory
