Legal Counsel (Commercial & Contracts)

Responsibilities

• Handling commercial agreements and engagements with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• End-to-end management of service agreements: drafting, editing, and negotiating
• Leading legal aspects of tenders, risk management, and oversight of insurance matters
• Ongoing work with external law firms
• Handling all aspects of corporate secretarial matters, including management of minutes and corporate records

Requirements

• Valid Israeli Bar license from a recognized academic institution – mandatory
• Over 5 years of experience in a commercial department at a leading law firm or in the legal department of a large company – mandatory
• Proven experience in drafting service agreements and complex commercial contracts – mandatory
• Experience in the fields of engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project management – a significant advantage
• High-level drafting skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to work independently under pressure
