BIM Systems Coordination Team Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead the systems coordination team on complex projects
  • Provide professional guidance and management to systems coordinators
  • Lead and participate in coordination meetings with consultants, architects, contractors, and project managers
  • Identify and manage clashes between MEP systems, structural elements, and building components
  • Collaborate closely with design and construction teams while maintaining high professional standards and timelines

Requirements

Location

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Building Engineering Technician – mandatory
  • Proven experience in system design and/or BIM modeling – mandatory
  • Proven experience in systems coordination on complex projects – mandatory
  • High proficiency in Revit – strong advantage
  • In-depth understanding of design and construction processes – mandatory
  • Experience in professional leadership/team management – advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, responsible, and flexible mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
