BIM Systems Coordination Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead the systems coordination team on complex projects
- Provide professional guidance and management to systems coordinators
- Lead and participate in coordination meetings with consultants, architects, contractors, and project managers
- Identify and manage clashes between MEP systems, structural elements, and building components
- Collaborate closely with design and construction teams while maintaining high professional standards and timelines
Requirements
Location
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Building Engineering Technician – mandatory
- Proven experience in system design and/or BIM modeling – mandatory
- Proven experience in systems coordination on complex projects – mandatory
- High proficiency in Revit – strong advantage
- In-depth understanding of design and construction processes – mandatory
- Experience in professional leadership/team management – advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, responsible, and flexible mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
