BIM Modeler
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models in Revit (and other BIM tools as required) according to project BIM Execution Plan, office standards, and LOD/LOIN requirements
- Interpret and model from architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure drawings, specifications, and survey data to produce coordinated discipline models and documentation
Requirements
- Education in civil engineering, architecture, building services, or related construction/infrastructure field (diploma/BSc equivalent)
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Technician working on building or infrastructure projects (minimum 1 years, as defined by the organization).^[You can set this number according to seniority you need, e.g., 2–3 for intermediate, 4–5+ for senior.]
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and other BIM coordination tools
- Good understanding of construction methods, sequences, and multi disciplinary coordination (architecture, structure, MEP, and/or infrastructure such as rail, roads, and utilities)
- High attention to detail, ability to work systematically with large models and many revisions, and strong problem solving mindset
- Experience in infrastructure BIM (railways, roads, bridges, tunnels, or utilities) including working with survey/GIS data and existing conditions models - Advantage
- Experience with parametric content and families, Dynamo or scripting, and BIM plugins to automate repetitive tasks and improve model quality - Advantage
- • Knowledge of openBIM formats (IFC, COBie) and data handover requirements towards asset management - Advantage
Location
- The company offices are located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the "Ben Gurion" Light Rail station
BIM Modeler responsible for creating, managing, and updating discipline models (architecture/structure/MEP/infrastructure) in accordance with project BIM standards, ensuring coordinated, accurate, and buildable design information throughout the project lifecycle
