Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Oversee meeting room scheduling
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle ongoing administrative tasks
  • Process invoices and perform account tracking and monitoring

Requirements

  • Relevant experience – required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Assertiveness, maturity, and high energy
  • High-level English proficiency – Advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” light rail station.
