Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Oversee meeting room scheduling
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle ongoing administrative tasks
- Process invoices and perform account tracking and monitoring
Requirements
- Relevant experience – required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Assertiveness, maturity, and high energy
- High-level English proficiency – Advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Location
- Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” light rail station.
