Engineering Consultant
Responsibilities
- Provide professional engineering consulting in construction projects in the fields of acoustics, waterproofing, and protection (civil defense), from the design phase through execution
- Support and oversee planning processes, including review of plans, specifications, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Develop engineering concepts and solutions (acoustic, waterproofing, and protection) and integrate them with architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Prepare design guidelines, technical specifications, and detailed execution documents in accordance with project requirements
- Coordinate between all project disciplines (architecture, structural engineering, systems, etc.) and ensure optimal integration
- Identify planning and engineering risks and provide solutions to prevent future failures
- Support permitting and approval processes with regulatory authorities
- Participate in planning meetings and provide ongoing professional guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Review execution plans and perform high-level site supervision as required
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and expand areas of expertise
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Architectural or Structural Engineering Technician – mandatory
- Proven experience of 2–5 years in at least one of the following: acoustics, protection (civil defense), or waterproofing
- Ability to lead consulting work within area of expertise
- Familiarity with relevant standards, specifications, and execution details
- Experience working in a BIM environment and proficiency in Revit – an advantage
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary planning teams
- Strong systems thinking and interface understanding
- High level of curiosity and learning ability
- Initiative, responsibility, and proactive mindset

- The office is located in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the ‘Ben Gurion’ light rail station
