Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Communication with banks
  • Proficient and quick learning in income tax, VAT, and social security reporting
  • Preparation of payments, vendor setup, and credit control
  • Invoice review before payment
  • Preparation of periodic operational reports
  • Assisting in budget control and managing cash flow for the company and its subsidiaries
  • Significant role within the department, involving control elements and various internal interfaces within the organization

Requirements

  • Accounting certificate (Levels 1+2) – mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant
  • Experience with quarterly and annual trial balance submissions
  • Experience with preparing payment instructions in the MASB system and interacting with banks
  • Full proficiency in accounting software (Mandatory: Hashavshevet); experience with Priority and Dokka is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills – advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
