Learning Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and implementation of cross-organizational learning processes, including analysis and creation of diverse learning solutions – traditional, digital, and gamified
- Monitoring and evaluation of training programs and learning solutions
- Ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external vendors
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 2+ years of experience as a Learning Coordinator / Learning & Development role within an organization
- Proven experience in designing and leading training and learning projects
- Experience in developing learning materials – an advantage
- Strong management and process-leading skills, ability to work independently, creative thinking, high initiative, and strong motivation
Location
- On-site position at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” light rail station
